The FXR Helium FX Jacket has the tech to perform on riding trips to the mountains but also gives the rider warmth and versatility for cold weather trail and crossover riding. Made from durable 300D polyester shell with HydrX coating, the Helium FX Jacket has 250 grams of insulation. The hood is removable, and the hem includes an adjustable shock cord to keep out the cold.

Shipping:

We are not liable for delays that are out of our control, such as weather, disasters, or other unstoppable events. All packages do NOT include insurance, you must contact us if you would like to add insurance. We are not liable for un-insured packages that get lost or damaged, un-insured packages are the liability of the buyer. We only use Fed-Ex & USPS as our main shipping carriers, we also ship Speed-Dee Delivery if it is available in your area.
Combined Shipping:
We do offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased. A combined item invoice must be requested PRIOR to payment of any of the items to receive combined shipping. If you want to save money on shipping you must combine your items on one invoice PRIOR to payment.
International Shipping:
We welcome international customers to purchase our items. If you do not see a shipping quote to your country, please contact us and we will provide you with one. You must provide us with a correct shipping address in English upon purchasing an item. If your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, only the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. The cost of shipping will not be refunded to you. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and customs fees on items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the buyer, they are not included in the sale price.
Return Policy:
• Returnable items may be returned for refund within 30 days after the item is received.
• Christmas gifts ordered from November 21th through December 25th can be returned through January 10th.
• All returns require prior authorization with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #. Please open a return request directly through eBay
• Item must be in original condition & packaging with all tags attached.
• Any items that are open, used, worn, contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original condition will NOT be accepted.
• Use of the manufacturer's product packaging for a shipping container will result in a 20% restocking fee (the product's packaging must be kept in new condition).

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Please email us through the eBay system to obtain a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item was shipped in error by seller or is defective. Any item returned to us in non-brand new condition and/or not in original packaging (ready to sell) is subject to a restocking fee. Any return is subject to refusal if the item is damaged beyond usable condition. We do not do "exchanges" - you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RMA number to do so) and will be refunded according to our return policy for it. You can then purchase the correct item at any time.
