Shipping
We use USPS and UPS for all of our shipping. We typically ship out within 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment. If you would like a faster shipping service such as next day or 2 day air please give us a call. We are not liable for delays that are out of our control, such as weather, delays caused by the USPS, disasters, or other unstoppable events.
All packages do NOT include insurance, you must contact us if you would like to add insurance. We are not liable for un-insured packages that get lost or damaged, un-insured packages are the liability of the buyer.

Returns
Item may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after item is received, NO EXCEPTIONS.
No returns on used items, clearance items (exchanges are accepted on clothing clearance items only see "clearance items" for more information) or large heavy items such as ATV bumpers, angle bars, tire racks, tires, ect. So please read the listing and ask any questions before buying.
Item must be in original condition & packaging with all tags attached.
Any items that are open (if the item is in a bag with a hangtag or special packaging), used, worn, missing parts out of the kit (such as screws/nuts/ect.), contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original new condition will be charged a 20% restock fee. We need to be able to resell the item in new condition. If we have to discount the item you returned in order to resell it then an additional fee may be charged depending on the severity of the damage/use. In extreme conditions if the item is heavily worn no refund will be given and the part will be thrown away.
All baseball style hats must be returned in original condition. No envelopes or flat boxes. No crushed hats will be accepted. Also please package all items with care. If the item is received broken or damaged, due to lack of packing, no refund will be given.
We do NOT pay for return shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a traceable means of shipment for your returned items as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International shipping
International buyers if your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, only the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. First class mail can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks. Priority mail can take anywhere from 8-12 business days. At times things will get stuck in customs. It can be in customs 1 day or weeks, I have no control over this and if it does get stuck in customs there will be a delay. Please keep in mind high volume times such as Christmas will also cause a delay in getting through customs.
We will not mark merchandise below value or as "gifts". NO EXCEPTIONS!

Customer Pickup
: We do maintain a retail location but it does not stock our entire inventory. We are not set up for customer pick up of online orders but do welcome you to visit our retail store. Store is open 9am – 12pm M-F and is closed major holidays.
Tracking Numbers
:  Tracking info will be available in your eBay transaction details, it may take up to 24 hours after item is marked "shipped" for tracking info to appear.  Tracking info is not always updated by the carrier at every stage of shipment, please be patient - if the tracking number appears, the item has been shipped.

Returns

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Please email us through the eBay system to obtain a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item was shipped in error by seller or is defective. Any item returned to us in non-brand new condition and/or not in original packaging (ready to sell) is subject to a restocking fee. Any return is subject to refusal if the item is damaged beyond usable condition. We do not do "exchanges" - you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RMA number to do so) and will be refunded according to our return policy for it. You can then purchase the correct item at any time.
